Core working hours
Core working hours apply at ID. This ensures that every employee can be reached easily, even when working remotely, and that teamwork runs smoothly. The core working hours are designed in such a way that there is enough room for flexible daily scheduling, so that the balance between work and private life can be planned.
Training opportunities
We want to keep our employees up to date. For this purpose we offer regular internal training courses and presentations on our wide-ranging product portfolio. In addition, we regularly enable our employees to participate in specialist congresses and conferences.
Company medical service
Our company medical service is available to all employees in the company. Be it whether help is needed at the workplace,
if a further medical opinion would like to be obtained, or if various examinations (eye test, hearing test, etc.) are due. The company medical service is, of course, bound by the duty of confidentiality.
Social engagement
Social responsibility is important to us. For many years we have supported the Hope project of the German Aids Foundation, which is about
HIV-positive and AIDS-infected children in South Africa.
